Todd's introduction to the industry was as an award-winning sales representative for a global leader in agricultural chemicals. Next, he was a top-performing sales executive, a manager of sales professionals and a key management executive with a top 10 meeting and incentive provider. His experience has created a deep knowledge in:

what we support
Consistent with these beliefs, Catalyst Performance Group and its associates give back in multiple ways: by providing basic needs for two Third World children for the entire year through WorldVision, serving as a volunteer instructor for Junior Achievement, serving as a volunteer instructor at Fox Valley Technical College, planting flower and vegetable gardens for a quadriplegic man so he could teach his children gardening skills, sponsoring an inspirational event through the youth ministry organization Life! Promotions, sponsoring a family mission trip to Mexico, and serving as title sponsor of the Extreme Entrepreneurship Tour - an experiential leadership and collegiate entrepreneurship tour that has traveled to 60 college campuses and reached 12,000 students throughout America.  Associates also contibute time and talent to many other local, regional and national organizations.
